The day Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was busy with the opening of the new office of ‘Bharat Rashtra Samiti’ in the capital, former Prime Minister H. D. Deve Gowda was seen meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the parliament office. Though the meeting was about a state related issue, political discussion between the top leaders cannot be ruled out. Karnataka will have assembly elections next year. The question is whether JD (S) has opened both doors for a possible negotiation for the upcoming assembly poll.
