“It is very unfortunate that the Delhi public is bearing the brunt of Covid-19 and increased respiratory illness due to deteriorating Air Quality Index. It is very unfortunate that Delhi continues to be the most polluted city in the country and strong, urgent and necessary measures to control Covid-19 and improve air quality are needed by the government to save the lives of Delhi citizens,” said Dr Harish Gupta, convener, DMF.
