The newly renovated Central Vista Avenue (now Kartavya Path) was drenched in rain. On Friday, the Yamuna’s water level in the nation’s capital fell below the danger mark. The river has a 204.5 metre danger level. The Yamuna reached its highest-ever level in Delhi on July 13 with a reading of 208.66 metres.
