A 20-year-old woman allegedly threw her newborn son from her third-floor home in east Delhi’s New Ashok Nagar on Monday out of fear of being stigmatised as an unmarried mother, the police official said.
The woman is currently being monitored at Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, and will be arrested as soon as she is released.
