The ICMR sero survey results revealed that 64 lakh Indians have been already infected by Covid-19 in
May, which marked the initial stage. However, these cases had been undiagnosed and the patients developed antibodies against the novel coronavirus. The findings were revealed a day after India reported the highest rise in the number of Covid-19 cases in a single day — at 95,735 cases — which took the overall tally to 44.6 lakh cases.
