Newly appointed All India Congress Committee Secretary Poonam Paswan and Co-in charge Ritwik Makwana visited Jaipur today, where they met with Rajasthan State President Govind Singh Dotasra at the PCC War Room. The discussions focused on the state’s political landscape and organisational strategies.  Also present were Supriya Srinate, Chairperson of the AICC Social Media and Digital Platform, along with AICC Secretary Ruchira Chaturvedi and National Coordinator Saurabh Rai. They collaborated on enhancing the effectiveness of the Congress Social Media Department in Rajasthan. State Social Media Department Chairman Sumit Bhagasara joined the discussions as well.
Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary and Media In charge Swarnim Chaturvedi announced that a meeting was held with the State Executive and District Presidents at the Congress headquarters in Jaipur. Key officials shared their insights and strategies to strengthen the party’s social media outreach.
In the meeting, Dotasra emphasised the importance of social media in exposing the failures of both the Central and State BJP Governments. He urged officials to utilise information technology to communicate the Congress vision and raise awareness about BJP’s policies among the public. Dotasra also highlighted the impact of Rahul Gandhi’s leadership in challenging the BJP and expressed the collective aspiration for Gandhi to become the prime minister, encouraging all Congress workers to unite and work towards this goal.
In her address at the meeting, Srinate emphasised the effectiveness with which Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge in the Rajya Sabha have challenged the central government. She urged the officers and workers of the Social Media Department to draw inspiration from their efforts and actively spread information that exposes BJP’s actions to the public through various social media platforms. Srinet encouraged all officials to work diligently in their respective areas and disseminate the content they receive to maximise outreach.
