Police arrested lawyer and Congress leader Kaustav Bagchi under sections 153, 504, 505, 506, 509, 354A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Kaustov had a heated argument with the police about giving orders. The police of Baratala police station went to Kausthav Bagchi’s house last night. In the morning, the new police team also reached Kaustav’s house. He will be produced before a lower court today.
