Nepal Cabinet update: Anita Devi Shah pledges to serve as minister of federal affairs.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal of Nepal has replaced Aman Lal Modi of the Maoist Centre with Anita Devi Shah as the minister for federal affairs and general administration. On Sunday, the PM of Nepal reorganized the cabinet for the eleventh time. On Monday, Anita Devi Shah took the oath of office as minister of federal affairs.

Dahal was elected to the position of prime minister for a third time following the restoration of democracy in the nation. On December 25, 2022, he was chosen to be prime minister following the general election that left a hung parliament.
In the eight months since he took office, Dahal has already reorganized the government 11 times, with the most recent one being on Sunday.
