Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested on Thursday that China, India, and Brazil could potentially serve as mediators in future peace negotiations aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine. He pointed out that these nations could  rplay a significantole in facilitating diplomatic discussions between the warring parties.

Putin also mentioned that an initial agreement had been reached during talks between Russian and Ukrainian negotiators in Istanbul during the early weeks of the war. Although this agreement was never put into action, he indicated that it could be revisited and used as a foundation for future peace talks
