To reduce the use of banned plastic and promote sustainability, the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh distributed compostable bags to vendors near prominent places of worship as part of the Swachh Teerath Campaign today. The campaign aims to encourage vendors to adopt eco-friendly practices. Aryan, the Swachh Bharat Mission Brand Ambassador, handed over the compostable bags to vendors at Iscon Temple, Sector-36, and Sai Temple, Sector 29.
