A collaborative media workshop was organised at the Punjab BJP office in Sector 37, where the Bharatiya Janata Party of Chandigarh and Punjab came together to discuss various media-related topics. Experts provided detailed information on issues such as the relationship between media and social media, the establishment of media centers for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the conduct of print media and spokespersons, and discussions on the achievements and policies of the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as ideological foundations.

The Chandigarh BJP media team, representing the state, included figures such as State Vice President Kailash Chand Jain, Shakti Prakash Devshali, State Secretary Sanjeev Rana, State Spokesperson Dharendra Tayal, Gurpreet Dhillon, Vijay Rana, and members of the media and social media team such as Sukhwinder Parmar and Mohinder Nirala. State and district members like Ajay Sharma, Sushil Jain, and Arundeep Singh also participated.

The concluding session of the workshop had Chandigarh BJP State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra as the chief guest, with Organization General Secretary Manthari Srinivas presiding. During this session, State President Jitendra Pal Malhotra emphasised the significance of media in the current context, highlighting the influential role played by print media, social media, and electronic media.

He underscored the power of social media to rapidly disseminate information worldwide. Former President Sanjay Tandon spoke about ideological foundations, Arun Sood presided over the session on print media and spokesperson behavior, and former MP Satyapal Jain presided over the session on preparation for Lok Sabha elections and the establishment of media centers.
