On the occasion of Constitution Day, Karmabhoomi Foundation Uttarakhand will organize the Justice Keshav Chandra Dhulia Memorial Lecture on November 26. On this occasion, Essays and Moot Court competition winners will also be awarded. The foundation will also host its annual event on the same day, in which law students from Uttarakhand can participate. The program will be held in Dehradun. The rules related to the competition, along with other information, will soon be released on the Karmabhoomi Foundation’s website. It should be noted that Justice Keshav Chandra Dhulia was born in the Madanpur village of Pauri district. After primary and college education, he pursued a law degree and later became a judge in the Allahabad High Court.
