NEW DELHI: All police stations in the country and investigation agencies including the CBI, NIA and ED, must install CCTV cameras with night vision and audio recording, the Supreme Court said. States have to install cameras with audio at all police stations. Security cameras should cover interrogation rooms, lock-ups, entries and exits, said the Supreme Court.
