The state-run organization, Railtel has bagged a significant work order worth Rs 81.6 crore from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI) for ICT infrastructure.
As per June 8 regulatory filing, the order involves supply, installation, configuration, commissioning and consolidation of infrastructure, in addition to operating and maintaining duties.
According to company’s notification, this project is scheduled to be finished by August 31, 2024.
Earlier, RailTel bagged work order from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai worth Rs 351.95 crore in March.
Which involved supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of HMIS for BMC’s health department.
Moreover, it also received work order from Bihar Education Project Council, which valued at Rs. 130 crores.
Before these orders, RailTel singlehandedly got two orders in Odisha on March 14 and 4th respectively. Thus, totaling Rs 114 crore and Rs 87 crore.
Meanwhile, the RailTel’s shares has recently closed at 0.15 percent, standing at Rs 378 on Friday.
Earlier, its stocks have seen a decrease of about 23 percent from its most recent high of Rs 491 and since past three months, shares have fallen by 10 percent.
