Indigo aircraft has recently introduced a new feature for women travellers, where women can know the seats booked by other female passengers during their web check-in on Wednesday.
Aiming to make the travel experience more comfortable for female travelers.
This feature is tailored to Passenger Name Records (PNR) with female travellers, which includes both solo and family bookings.
Issuing the statement, Indigo said,
“IndiGo is proud to announce the introduction of a new feature that aims to make the travel experience more comfortable for our female passengers. This has been introduced basis market research and is currently in pilot mode aligning with our #GirlPower ethos.”
In addition, they further said, “We are committed to providing an unparalleled travel experience for all our passengers, and this new feature is just one of the many steps we are taking towards achieving that goal.”
This announcement comes amidst the time, when Indigo has recently announced, that it plans to introduce business class in flights this year, amidst growing economy.
Which will be unveiled around August during their 18th anniversary of the carrier.
