Envigo celebrates delivering 25 million words in a single year

A full-fledged content delivery unit with its own platform for Envigo has developed from what initially started as a rise in consumer demand for content offerings. The Covid  in 2021–2022 acted as a significant impetus for digital change. This contributed to making digital material more significant in terms of customer choice. Consumer awareness, engagement, and decision-making are being influenced by digital (or web) content more than ever before. This has had a direct impact on the soaring demand for expert-created digital content.
“As always, we learned our best business lessons from our customers,” says Santosh Singh, VP, Digital Marketing at Envigo. “We have had a large uptick in content delivery revenue – new website sections, content optimization projects, and website redesign projects, all with a heavy focus on quality customer content. We have delivered 25 million words in the past 12 months. We are aiming to increase this by 10 times in the coming year.”
Envigo serves business niches by collaborating with a proprietary network of current experts, including SMEs, industry professionals, and seasoned journalists and writers. For handling writers, editors, projects, and clients all in one location, the company has developed its own internal software platform. Envigo adds expertise to its network for every new sector it enters or client it acquires. Recruitment processes for writers and editors are now solid workflows that have proven to be incredibly scalable. Work whenever and from anywhere without regard to location or time, which has helped content creation to be produced on schedule and in accordance with the quality and quantity specifications.
The entire programme is run by tracking customised KPIs for ranking and rewarding writers, including Acceptance ratio, Editing ratio, and Turnaround times.
“Envigo delivered what we needed: content at scale, which was a key requirement for Kenko Health,” says Aniruddha Sen, Founder, Kenko Health, India’s leading online health care provider.
Among others, Envigo has provided scalable, high-quality content to Unacademy, Careers360, ExtraMarks, and IndusInd Bank.
Large volumes of content creation, editing, and approval are managed by Envigo using an internal software platform. The business intends to make additional investments in this platform and make it accessible to its clients as a platform for content development.
New Delhi-based Envigo is a digital agency (www.envigo.co.in). It works with clients from India, the UK, the USA, and New Zealand and has more than 100 workers. Digital marketing, content creation and administration, and site building are some of its offerings.
