SRK Leads the Pack in Show Fees
As per Australian event organisers Bikram Singh Randhawa and Pace D, Shah Rukh Khan rules the fee table. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, the pair spilled the beans on what goes into behind-the-scenes action to get Indian stars to Australia and who makes the biggest paychecks.
Asked for the price gap between the two largest Khans: SRK and Salman, the duo made one thing certain, Shah Rukh is the king. “The moment he opens his arms, half of the country’s population will simply collapse,” they joked, naming his unmatched charisma and massive female fan base as reasons.
The organisers further noted that the fees differ according to recent box office performances, and rate cards are not fixed.
The conversation also unveiled that among the young male actors, Ranveer Singh’s live show charge exceeds that of Kartik Aaryan. This puts Ranveer among the pricier performers in the circuit.
Honey Singh Rules the Music Scene
Shifting to the music sector, the organisers declared Honey Singh the priciest performer at present. When it was asked whether Badshah demands more, they said, “Honey bro surely. He is trendy in the market. He has just returned and is on top of his game, which is why he is in a position to command a greater price. Karan Aujla also commands a dhamakedar price. Rank-wise, it is Honey Singh, Badshah and then Karan.”
Kareena is Australia’s Favourite Bollywood Diva
On the ladies’ side, Kareena Kapoor has unprecedented popularity in Australia. The organizers disclosed that people love it when she appears, even beating Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Kriti Sanon, and Alia Bhatt in terms of demand.
They stated that veteran stars such as Kareena, Aishwarya Rai, and Preity Zinta are particularly loved by settled audiences who will more likely watch shows and spend money on meet-and-greets. “They are mad for her,” they said of Kareena, testifying to her long-standing star appeal across generations.
