Vijay Mallya Seen In Recent Photos From Son Sidhartha Mallya’s Wedding In India

Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya was captured participating in traditional Hindu ceremonies at his son Sidhartha Mallya’s wedding in June. The latest photos from the event were shared earlier this week on Instagram by the official wedding photographer.

Sidhartha Mallya wed his partner Jasmine Santiago in a grand celebration at his father’s extensive Hertfordshire estate in the UK on June 23. The event included a Christian ceremony followed by a traditional Hindu wedding at Vijay Mallya’s $14 million mansion, known as Ladywalk estate.

Situated in the quiet English village of Tewin, Hertfordshire, Ladywalk covers 30 acres and served as the venue for Sidhartha and Jasmine’s elaborate Indian wedding, which was attended by numerous high-profile guests, along with close friends and family.

The newly released images from “Angels With Dirty Faces” on Instagram depict Vijay Mallya in a maroon ethnic outfit adorned with golden embroidery. The 68-year-old was seen with glasses, a solitaire earring, and a watch.

In the photos, Vijay Mallya is shown with his first wife, Samira Tyabjee, son Sidhartha Mallya, and daughter-in-law Jasmine. The bride wore a maroon lehenga, while Tyabjee was dressed in a silk saree.

Sidhartha Mallya, the eldest son of Vijay Mallya and his first wife Samira Tyabjee, is an actor and author. He and Jasmine departed for their honeymoon in Greece shortly after the wedding.

Vijay Mallya, who once promoted Kingfisher Airlines, faces charges of money laundering and bank loan defaults exceeding ₹9,000 crore related to the airline’s collapse in 2012. He left India in March 2016 and currently resides in the UK. Mallya has been married three times and has three children, with Sidhartha being the oldest.
