‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ Will Reunite Varun And Janhvi

Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor are scheduled to work together again on filmmaker Shashank Khaitan’s next romantic drama flick. The film, titled ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’, is slated to be released in theaters on April 18, 2025.

Taking to Instagram, Dharma Productions shared a special announcement video that they captioned, “Your Sanskari is on his way to get his Kumari! This love story wrapped with entertainment is coming to the big screens! #SunnySanskariKiTulsiKumari in cinemas, 18th April 2025!”

Shashank Khaitan wrote and directed the film, and is produced by Karan Johar.
‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is Varun’s third collaboration with Shashank after ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’, and Janhvi’s second following her debut feature ‘Dhadak’.

The film also marks Varun and Jahnvi’s second collaboration, following their romantic drama film ‘Bawaal’.

Soon after the production house posted the video, their friends and fans flooded the comments section with red hearts emoticons.

Khushi Kapoor said, “Wooohooooo.”

“waiting for this one,” a user said.

Another person commented, “Eagerly waiting for this movie.”

Meanwhile, Varun will appear in the action thriller film ‘Baby John,’ which is expected to hit theaters on May 31, 2024.

In addition, he is working on a web series called ‘Citadel’.

Janhvi, on the other hand, will next appear in the sports drama film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ and the pan-India feature ‘Devara’.
