Saif Ali Khan was allegedly stabbed four times by an assailant who invaded his home in Mumbai. The event took place at approximately 2:30 am on Thursday. The actor is presently undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital, and hospital personnel have verified that he is no longer in danger.
As per police accounts, the assailant accessed Saif Ali Khan’s residence while he was asleep. A clash occurred between the actor and the assailant, during which the assailant reportedly stabbed Saif four times before escaping the location.
Authorities have initiated an investigation and filed an FIR against the assailant at the Bandra Police Station. Three staff members employed at Saif’s home are being interrogated as part of the investigation. One of the staff members apparently suffered injuries during the altercation.
Initial investigations indicate that a lone individual is accountable for the attack.
“There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is presently in hospital undergoing surgery. We ask the media and fans to remain patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you informed on the situation. ”
