R. Madhavan, who directed the 2022 biopic “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,” gained significant weight during the film’s production. Determined to shed the extra kilos, he adhered to a stringent dietary regimen and managed to lose most of the weight within just 21 days. In his interview with Kamiya Jani, Madhavan emphasized the simplicity and effectiveness of his approach: “I only ate food that was good for my body. No exercise, no running, no surgery. No medication. Nothing.”
