Parineeti Chopra Joins Karan Aujla for ‘Pehle Lalkare Naal’ at Live Concert; Video Goes Viral | WATCH

Parineeti Chopra stunned her fans as she appeared on stage for a live concert performance along with Punjabi singer Karan Aujla on Saturday. She sang *Pehle Lalkare Naal* from her film ‘Chamkila’, in which she also stars with Diljit Dosanjh. The impromptu collaboration has gone viral on social media, where videos of the energetic performance are flooding.

A fan-shared video on Instagram captured the moment when Parineeti and Karan Aujla performed an incredible on-stage act. Adding to the excitement, actor Vicky Kaushal was seen dancing to the song ‘Tauba Tauba’, which was also performed by Karan Aujla.

In ‘Chamkila’, Parineeti portrayed Amarjot Kaur alongside Diljit Dosanjh in Imtiaz Ali’s biographical drama. The film, which was released on Netflix in April this year, received critical acclaim. News18 gave it 3.5/5 stars and said, “Diljit delivers a stupendous act as the protagonist. The character of Amar Singh Chamkila is tailor-made for him, and he pours his heart out into it. His hard work is palpable, yet his performance feels effortless.”. You are going to watch him becoming Chamkila and singing his songs, and your heart is going to be full of unadulterated joy. He even brings some heavy-weight scenes a rare restraint to the fore and gives a whole new layer of poise. It is, inarguably, his career-best performance. And somewhere in the middle, you will see him becoming one with Chamkila and very soon, you won’t be able to separate these forces that forever changed the music industry of Punjab.”

The biographical film is based on the life of Amar Singh Chamkila, a legendary Punjabi artist and electrifying live performer of the 1980s. Diljit Dosanjh brings Chamkila’s journey to life, while Parineeti Chopra plays his wife, Amarjot Kaur.

Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal is readying his next, ‘Chhaava’, in which he stars with Rashmika Mandanna, for release early next year.
