Fans are eagerly waiting to see what Anurag Basu has come up with in the sequel to one Life…in a Metro. The teaser of Metro…In Dino gave fans a short glimpse of the film’s multiple storylines and characters, and the uniting factor of them all the songs composed by Pritam. On Wednesday, the makers unveiled the first song from the album titled Zamaana Lage. Sung by Arijit Singh and Shashwat Singh, the beautiful composition is all about love in all-encompassing power.
Metro In Dino’s Stories Intertwine Through Music
The music video provides a glimpse into various storylines of this anthology film, all based in Mumbai and centered around love. Sara Alia Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur’s characters also create a curve, where he drops her off to catch a metro station. There is Konkona Sen Sharma’s character who appears cautious to impress Pankaj Tripathi.
While that is happening, Saswata Chatterjee is being seen following the Neena Gupta and Anupam Kher’s characters through the streets of Kolkata. The final of the arcs surround the intense relationship that builds up between Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh’s characters.
Arijit Singh Elevates Metro In Dino’s Soundtrack
Amongst these strings, Pritam and his group of singers sing the soulful song in the city of Mumbai. Sung beautifully by Arijit Singh and Shashwat Singh, the words written by Qaisar Ul Jafri (lyrics contributed by Sandeep Shrivastava as well) sing of giving love a second chance, although it may take a lifetime to recover from this emotion if everything turns out to be nothing but pain.
