Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora are mourning the loss of their father, Anil Arora, who tragically passed away on Wednesday. Authorities suspect that Anil Arora died by suicide after allegedly jumping from the terrace of his residence in Mumbai. No suicide note has been found as of now, and investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances of his death.
In the wake of this tragic incident, several celebrities were seen visiting Malaika’s residence to offer their condolences. Among them were Kareena Kapoor and her husband, Saif Ali Khan, who were spotted arriving together. Kareena, dressed in a white top, printed shirt, and blue jeans, rushed towards the entrance as she arrived. The area was closely guarded by police officers, given that investigations into the incident are still underway.
Ananya Panday also paid her respects, arriving with her father, Chunky Panday. The duo hurried inside to support the grieving family.
In addition to Kareena and Ananya, several members of the Bollywood fraternity came to offer their condolences. Among them were Malaika’s ex-husband Arbaaz Khan, her former boyfriend Arjun Kapoor, as well as members of the Khan family, including Salim Khan, Salman Khan’s mother Salma Khan, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Sohail Khan, and Nirvaan Khan.
A source earlier told PTI, “It’s true that Malaika’s father passed away this morning. He has not committed suicide; it’s an accident. They all are shocked because he had no ailment or anything as such.”
Malaika Arora, now 50, had a difficult childhood after her parents, Joyce Polycarp and Anil Arora, separated when she was just 11 years old. Her younger sister, Amrita Arora, was only six at the time. The two sisters moved to Chembur with their mother following the separation.
