What Happened
Jasmine was in Delhi on July 17 for an event. While getting ready, she noticed that her contact lenses were causing her significant pain. Despite the discomfort, she chose to attend the event, where she wore sunglasses and relied on her team to help manage things since she couldn’t see properly.
Seeking Treatment
Later that night, Jasmine visited an eye specialist who discovered that her corneas were damaged. The specialist bandaged her eyes, and the next day, she flew back to Mumbai to continue her treatment. Jasmine is in a lot of pain and struggling with vision issues that make even simple tasks like sleeping difficult.
Recovery and Work
Doctors have told her that she should recover in about four to five days, but Jasmine needs to take great care of her eyes during this time. Despite her condition, she was able to keep up with her work commitments. She hopes to get back to her regular schedule soon.

Jasmine Bhasin started her acting career with the 2011 Tamil film ‘Vaanam’. She gained fame for her roles as Twinkle Taneja in ‘Tashan-e-Ishq’ and Teni Bhanushali in Dil Se Dil Tak.
