‘Fire’ Kanguva First Single Creates A Buzz On Suriya’s Birthday

Suriya will soon be seen in the eagerly-awaited ‘Kanguva’, one of the biggest films of his career. The actioner has created a great deal of buzz among fans with its powerful promotional content. Here is the latest update about director Siva’s magnum opus. Earlier today, July 23, the makers unveiled its first single amid fanfare.

‘Fire’: ‘Kanguva’ First Single Is A Treat For Suriya Fans

Suriya, one of Tamil cinema’s biggest names turned 49 today (July 23). On this special occasion, the makers of ‘Kanguva’ unveiled its first single. Titled Fire, it is a hero elevation song that builds an aura around the protagonist.The visuals accompanying the vocals are quite intense and make the wait for the film harder.

The Hindi version features strong lyrics from Raqeeb Alam and is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, best known to the pan-India audience for his work on Allu Arjun’s Pushpa. DSP also composed Seeti Maar from Salman Khan’s ‘Radhe’.

About ‘Kanguva’

‘Kanguva’ is directed by ‘Siruthai’ Siva and marks his first collaboration with ‘Nadippin Nayakan’ Suriya. The film features Disha Patani, who was last seen in the Prabhas-fronted ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, as the leading lady and marks her Tamil debut. The actress was to enter the industry with Jayam Ravi’s ‘Sangamithra’ but it failed to take off. ‘Kanguva’ has a strong cast that includes Bobby Deol, Natty, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Deepa Venkat, and the late G. Marimuthu. Kanguva is produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja, V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy, and Pramod Uppalapati, Its music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

‘Kanguva’ is set to hit screens this October.

Suriya, meanwhile, is going through a busy phase on the work front. The mass hero was recently seen in Sarfira, starring Akshay Kumar. It is a remake of ‘Soorarai Pottru’. Suriya is working on ‘Suriya 44’. The film features him in the role of a gangster and is directed by Karthik Subbaraj.
