Emraan Hashmi in negotiations Join Adivi Sesh Starrer ‘G2

After dazzling audiences with his villain persona in ‘Tiger 3‘, Emraan Hashmi is now in talks to join Adivi Sesh’s ‘G2’.
Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, editor of “Major,” will make his directorial debut with the film, which was written by Adivi Sesh himself.

As per sources, “producers are looking to collaborate with Emraan for G2. However, details about the role are being kept under wraps.”

The film, titled ‘G2,’ is a sequel to Adivi Sesh’s smash hit Telugu film ‘Goodachari,’ which starred Shobhita Dhulipala and Jagapathi Babu in prominent roles.
While the entire story of ‘Goodhachari’ took place in India, the developers of ‘G2′ are taking it international.’Goodhachari Part 2’ will continue from where ‘Goodhachari’ left off in the Alps mountains.

Producers TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal, who have previously produced hits such as ‘Kashmir Files’, ‘Karthikeya 2’, and ‘Major’, will collaborate on the film under the banners of People Media Factory, Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and AK Entertainments India Pvt Ltd.
G2’s shoot began in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, Emraan recently appeared in the action thriller film ‘Tiger 3’, where he played an adversary.

The film also had Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in leading roles.
‘Tiger 3’ is the third installment in the Tiger franchise and is part of the YRF Spy Universe, alongside War and Pathaan. Surprisingly, it also features cameos from Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credit scene with Hrithik Roshan.

Aside from that, Emraan Hashmi is going to host a digital series called ‘Showtime’.
‘Showtime’, directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar, is billed as a “epic saga of legacy and ambition in the world of cinema,” giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the multi-million dollar Bollywood industry, nepotism, and power battles at the top.
He is making his Telugu debut with the mafia drama ‘OG’, starring Pawan Kalyan.
