Ektaa Kapoor Nostalgic Over Iconic TV Show, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi

Filmmaker Ektaa Kapoor recently took a stroll down memory lane, sharing a heartfelt throwback video from the sets of her renowned television serial, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which aired over two decades ago. The video, posted on Instagram this Tuesday, captures a young Ektaa Kapoor at a temple set, clad in a striking maroon, grey, and golden saree.

The clip, dating back to 2001, commemorates the show’s first anniversary. In her post, Ektaa reminisced, “24 years ago, a show changed my life! This video is when it completed a year ago!” She expressed gratitude towards the lead cast members, including Smriti Irani, Ronit Bose Roy, and Amar Upadhyay, as well as the production team and the audience who supported the show.

Reacting to the nostalgic post, Smriti Irani commented, “History with a heart,” while Mahesh Shetty shared applause and heart emojis.
