Dulquer Salmaan Reveals New Telugu Film ‘Aakasam Lo Oka Tara’ on His 41st Birthday

On his 41st birthday, Dulquer Salmaan delighted his fans with the announcement of his new Telugu film, Aakasam Lo Oka Tara. The actor, known for his recent appearance in Kalki 2898 AD, is set to take on a new role in this upcoming project.

The production house Swapna Cinema revealed the first look of the film, which features Dulquer in a traditional kurta and red scarf against a serene village backdrop. The title, Aakasam Lo Oka Tara, was showcased with a birthday wish from Swapna Cinema on social media: “Wishing a blockbuster birthday to our STAR @Dulquer who will enchant us all with a story that makes your heart SOAR.”

Dulquer Salmaan’s Aakasam Lo Oka Tara is directed by Pavan Sadineni and is expected to be a mix of drama and romance. The film is co-produced by Light Box, Swapna Cinemas, Vyjayanthi Movies, and Geetha Arts, with Sandeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam backing the project. It will be released in 2025 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.

In addition to this new project, Dulquer is also looking forward to the release of his upcoming Telugu film Lucky Bhaskar. Directed by Venky Atluri, the film features Meenakshi Chaudhary, Hyper Aadi, and Surya Sreenivas. The ’90s-themed title track for Lucky Bhaskar was shared by Dulquer on his birthday, and the movie is scheduled to hit theaters on September 7, 2024.
