Excitement filled the air as eager fans of Diljit Dosanjh gathered in Delhi, ready to witness the start of the India leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour. The concert, held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Saturday evening, drew in hundreds who had lined up to see the singer perform hits like Born to Shine, GOAT, Lemonade, 5 Taara, and Do You Know.
However, the show’s delay left fans frustrated. Scheduled for a 7 PM start, the concert didn’t kick off until nearly 7:50 PM, leaving attendees restless as they waited in the crowded stadium. The stage lights remained dim, signaling little activity, which led to growing impatience among the audience.
Fans had earlier shared their excitement on social media, with some posting about long lines stretching outside the venue. Diljit himself had shared photos of his arrival in India and meeting fans, captioning, “Delhi Ka Mausam Kya Keh Raha Hai. DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24.”
Diljit’s world tour now arrives in India, with another show set for October 27 in Delhi before moving to Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
