In the video, the Hass Hass singer jokingly told his family and friends not to send him wedding invites anymore, because he just got his hands on one of the world’s most prestigious ones. He also spoke about the theme of dandyism, quipping “Kursi kaun chadta hai” (who lets go of power) while introducing the co-chairs of the event: Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams, and honorary chair LeBron James.

A Punjabi Take on the Gala’s No-Phone Policy
The singer also outlined a few rules of the gala, including no phone usage and photography being strictly prohibited. He joked about not being able to make a reel. But the most hilarious part? When he quipped in Punjabi: “Per person, per plate da hisaab hai” (It’s a per person, per plate situation), while reading the line that the invite was valid for one person only. He ended the video with a classic, “Punjabi aa gye oye!”
