Dharmendra Drops New Fitness Video—Fans Call It ‘Unbelievable’ and ‘Inspirational’

Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra is still motivating his fans with his fitness regime even at the ripe age of 89. On Monday, the actor posted a video and pictures of himself taking a water aerobics class, proving that age is merely a number when it comes to health and fitness.

In the newly shared video, Dharmendra can be seen working out in a swimming pool. He is dressed in a T-shirt and his signature hat as the actor floats with a tube and exercises his hands using a ball. Dharmendra is captured in another clip moving his body under training by his coach, showing his dedication to keeping himself tough and fit.

Family and Fans Shower Love and Admiration

Dharmendra’s recent post evoked emotional responses from his family members. His son, Bobby Deol, a star himself, filled the comments section with heart emojis, whereas his daughter, Esha Deol, left heart and evil eye emojis, indicating their appreciation for their father’s positive attitude.

The fans also showered their love and admiration in the comment section. One fan posted, “Respect. You are inspiration for all of us you confidence and lifestyle are exemplary. Salute your personality,” and another one commented, “Your love and enthusiasm for us means a lot.” Another fan appreciated, “Respect for Dharmendra sir. Lovely human forever.” “Workout in waters.
