Dalljiet Kaur Files FIR Against Nikhil Patel, Seeks Justice Amid Divorce Battle

Dalljiet Kaur is currently engaged in a legal battle with her estranged husband, Nikhil Patel. The couple, who filed for divorce earlier this year, have been making allegations against each other throughout the proceedings. Recently, Dalljiet filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Nikhil, accusing him of cruelty and criminal breach of trust, and she has expressed her hope for justice.

Dalljiet Kaur Hopes for Justice

Dalljiet took to Instagram to share her thoughts on the situation. In her Instagram Stories on Thursday, she posted a picture of a Mumbai police billboard, adding the caption, “No matter where in the world, I know justice will be served.” She also tagged the official Instagram account of the Mumbai police in her post.

For those unfamiliar with the case, Dalljiet filed the FIR against Nikhil on August 2 at Mumbai’s Agripada police station. The case is registered under sections 85 and 316 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, accusing Nikhil of cruelty and criminal breach of trust.

Legal Actions and Accusations

In June, Dalljiet took legal action against Nikhil in the Nairobi City court, receiving a stay order preventing him from evicting her and their son from their home in Kenya. Prior to this, Nikhil had sent her a legal notice accusing her of harassment, claiming that her social media posts accusing him of having an extra-marital affair were false.

Dalljiet Kaur and Nikhil Patel’s Relationship

Dalljiet and Nikhil were married in March 2023 but filed for divorce just 10 months later. Dalljiet has publicly accused Nikhil of hurting her, sharing wedding photos on his birthday with a caption detailing his alleged actions.

In her post, she wrote, “Right from sending my belongings to a storage house much before the date given by you through your PR articles to wiping the wall which I had painted for months with my chuda that I loved so much. And keeping a book in the foreground saying ‘subtle art of caring a FU**.’ You have impressive ways to hurt me. And I know you are not done. You will come up with more ways soon.”

Conclusion

The ongoing legal battle between Dalljiet Kaur and Nikhil Patel continues to unfold, with both parties making serious accusations against each other. As Dalljiet seeks justice through legal channels, the public will be watching to see how this contentious case develops.
