On Thursday, veteran actor Anupam Kher revealed the teaser for ‘Chhota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan’.
Rajiv Chilaka directs and produces the first live-action adaptation of the animated show ‘Chhota Bheem’, alongside Megha Chilaka.
Niraj Vikram writes the screenplay, with co-production by Srinivas Chilakalapudi and Bharath Laxmipati.
Sharing the teaser of the project on Instagram, Kher wrote, “#ChhotaBheem ab Bade Pardhe pe! Join Bheem and his fearless gang as they face off against Damyaan to protect Dholakpur.”
‘Chhota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan’ is set to hit theaters on May 24, featuring Makrand Deshpande and Yagya Bhasin among its cast.
The announcement of the film titled ‘Chhota Bheem And The Curse of Damyaan’ took place in Mumbai last year during the celebration of 15 incredible years of the beloved animation series.
Anupam Kher portrays Guru Shambhu, with Makarand Deshpande as Skandhi. Yagya Bhasin brings the central character, Chhota Bheem, to life, while Aashriya Mishra shines as Chutki. Surabhi Tiwari of Shagun fame appears as Tuntun Mausi.
Discussing the film, Rajiv Chilaka, the producer and director, previously mentioned, “Chhota Bheem is one of the most beloved characters in the world of animation. It was high time we brought him to life, and I am certain that children and the whole family everywhere will adore it. Our cast has done remarkable work on this film, and I can hardly wait to share it with you all.”
