Post the lockdown, German luxury carmaker BMW has been actively launching cars across all ends of the spectrum. While the more affordable M2 Gran Coupe has been attracting more attention, the performance SUV offerings have also got many excited. In the past few weeks BMW has launched not one but two of them. It began with the first ever X3 M, which is the most powerful straight-six petrol engine ever to see action in a BMW M car. And then came the even more powerful X5 M Competition, which offers an even more powerful V8 engine. While the former is priced at Rs 99.90 lakh, the bigger X5 M will set you back by a cool Rs 1.94 crore (ex-showroom).
BMW X3 M
The exterior design of the X3 M takes the typical muscular proportions shared by all BMW X models. It’s got a long wheelbase, short overhangs, slightly hexagonal wheel arches, crisp lines and yes the tell-tale M features also make an appearance. The front sports a BMW kidney grille with black double bars while the signature M gills are integrated into the air breathers on the front flanks. The car also gets M design mirrors which help in reducing the aerodynamic drag while 20-inch M light-alloy wheels come as standard.
The M-style cockpit design has electrically adjustable sports seats with memory, leather upholstery, ambient lighting, an M-specific instrument cluster & a restyled M selector lever. Along with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, the car gets a voice control feature along with the optional BMW gesture control. In addition to this, the car also gets wireless charging, a large panoramic sunroof and there’s also a 40:20:40 split-folding rear backrest, enabling luggage capacity to be increased to a maximum of 1,600 litres.
At the heart is a newly developed 6-cylinder in-line engine that promises a typical M high-revving character. It generates a maximum output of 480 hp from its 3.0-litre displacement and together with peak torque of 600 Nm goes from 0-100 kmph in 4.2 seconds, with a top speed of 250 kmph. An eight-speed M Steptronic transmission does the duty here and uses the new M xDrive all-wheel-drive system. This system has a rear-wheel bias and offers four driving modes. The centrally controlled interaction between M xDrive & the Active M Differential at the rear axle allows the all-wheel-drive system to split the engine’s power between the four wheels as required to deliver optimal traction, agility & directional stability.
BMW X5 M COMPETITION
The SUV features both a roof and lower tailgate spoiler as part of their aerodynamic enhancements. The car gets exclusive ‘M’ light-alloy wheels in 21-inch format at the front axle and 22-inch at the rear. And yes you also get the option of BMW Laserlight that offers selective beam and no dazzling high beam function with a range of around 500 meters. The interior cockpit design draws inspiration from the racetrack and the familiar M treatment is evident here as well. Be it the red splashes of colour on the M leather steering wheel’s buttons or the integrated head rests on the multifunction seats, the sport feel is there to experience.
This one too gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen along with iDrive touch controller, multifunction steering wheel’s buttons, voice control along with the optional BMW gesture control. It also gets wireless charging and a harman kardon surround sound system. Rear seat entertainment professionals and Bowers and Wilkins diamond surround sound system are optionally available while there are many other high-quality bespoke options of paintwork and interior trims.
The latest-generation 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine ensures a maximum output of 600 hp and a peak torque of 750 Nm. The car sprints from 0-100 kmph in just 3.8 seconds and achieves a top speed of 250 kmph which is electronically limited. An 8-speed M Steptronic automatic transmission is here as well and it adjusts from smooth to aggressive with the three-stage Drivelogic shifting system. The steering wheel paddle shifters and cruise control with braking function come as standard and there’s launch control function as well.
The car features an M-specific adaptive suspension with electronically controlled dampers, active roll stabilisation system and M Servotronic steering support ensuring good comfort. And the ‘M’ compound brakes offer a good bite. Even the braking offers two settings for brake pedal feel—Comfort and Sport. The M mode button on the centre console features a Track mode in addition to Road and Sport mode settings, which is exclusively designed for use on race circuits. In Sport and Track modes, the amount of information appearing on the displays is reduced offering a focused, high-performance experience.

Tips to buy an inverter battery
As you know has approached already and it is quite hot this summer and power cuts have also become very frequent. All of these things, make it necessary to have an inverter at home. You can not deny the fact that inverter is one such product whose demand increases the most in the summer. Do you have an inverter at home? It is good if you have. Otherwise, you should not make any delays in buying a new one. Also, if your existing inverter is very old then you need to get it replaced. But the question is whether buying an inverter is as easy as other shopping? If you are also doubtful about this then you need to know that buying an inverter is not an easy task. You have to be quite careful about many things such as brand, quality, capacity, etc. An inverter is not such an item that you buy very frequently, you may buy it once in 3 years or five years, or even more. But acting carelessly while buying an inverter may cause you to spend your money on it more frequently. However, even if you are buying only an inverter battery for home, you need to take care of these things. If you are willing to know about such points that you should be taking care of then you need to have look at the points given below:
- You need to know your power requirements: When you are planning to buy an inverter there are a lot of things that you should be taking care of but one of the major things is what are your power requirements. It is not like you need to have an exact calculation of your requirements but you need to have an estimate of it. Many of you will be thinking of the inverter and generator as the same items. But both of these pieces of equipment are different. The generator can take any load of power. But the inverter can not do it. There are limitations on the load that an inverter can take. Therefore, it becomes essential to consider your power requirements. Otherwise, an inverter battery may not benefit you as much as it should. If you are thinking that an inverter battery will take a load of your entire home then you are wrong. Even if you will buy a heavy inverter battery, no doubt it will take a load of your fridge, AC, and other major items of your house. But the question is for how long your home appliances will be kept running on an inverter. Therefore, if your power requirements are average then you can go for an inverter. However, if your needs are high, you are left with the only option of a generator.
- You also need to consider the starting power and the running power: Another important thing that you need to consider while buying an inverter battery is the starting power and the running power of the appliances that you will be running on your inverter. Before you consider this point, you also need to know that starting power and the running power of all the appliances are different. On this basis, you need to consider the starting power and running power. For example, if you want to run a CFL bulb that is 18 watts then it would need 25 watts approx. To start and once it is starred in will be stabilized at 18 watts only. But the bulb is a small appliance, there are big appliances as well that will be requiring more power to start, it could be double also. Such as a fridge, a washing machine, an air conditioner, etc. Therefore, before you finalize the inverter battery, you need to consider this point very carefully. If you do not know to make an estimation of power requirement, you can take help from an expert also.
- Whether you need an inverter or a home UPS: Another important point that you need to consider before you put your money is whether you should go for an inverter or a home UPS. Many of you would be having a question in mind what is the difference between an inverter and a UPS. Let us tell you all that there is not any major difference between these two. Both performthe same work. Both are used to provide backup power in the case of a power cut. But a home UPS, as the name suggests, provides an uninterrupted power supply. There won’t even be a single blink while switching from the main power to backup power. Home UPS can also be called a combination of an inverter and a UPS.
- The capacity of the battery: There are a lot of important points that you will be required to consider, among all such points, considering the capacity of the battery is another one. The term ampere-hour is used to define the capacity of a battery. This term will be helping us to know the power that a battery will be supplying in a given period. Let’s say the power of the battery that you have selected is 200 AH. It will be implicit that such a battery can supply 200-ampere current in an hour.
- Maintenance-free battery: If you are going to choose a lead-acid battery then will be required to take regular care of the battery that you will have bought. The electrolyte level of these batteries is to be topped up to the highest level. Furthermore, these batteries are to be kept in a place that will be having proper ventilation because these batteries emit harmful and poisonous gasses. If there will be no ventilation then it will be having a direct impact on your health. But you do not need to worry because there are also maintenance-free batteries available that you can buy.
These are the major points that you will be required to take care of while buying an inverter or an inverter battery. However, you can also consult Loom Solar, which is one of the best inverter battery suppliers. You can compare the inverter battery price and buy the best one for you.

APPLE TO LAUNCH A VARIETY OF NEW GADGETS STARTING THIS FALL
Apple is prepared to introduce several new gadgets between this fall and the start of 2023, according to a report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
According to The Verge, four iPhone 14 models, a group of new iPads, three Apple Watch models, multiple M2 and M3-updated Macs, updated AirPods Pro earbuds, a new HomePod, and an enhanced Apple TV are among the things Gurman refers to as a “deluge” of. Gurman anticipates finding the chip and its versions in several different devices, although Apple only revealed two new Macs using its flagship M2 CPU at its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) earlier this month. An M2 Mac mini, M2 Mac mini Pro, M2 Pro / M2 Max 14, and 16-inch MacBook Pros, as well as an M2 Ultra / M2 Extreme Mac Pro, are all included.
There’s the long-rumored mixed reality headgear from Apple, which is anticipated to include an M2 processor. If all of this wasn’t overwhelming enough, Gurman claims that Apple’s M3 chip is already under development and will probably be used in the 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air notebooks that will be available in 2019.
Apple will release the iPhone 14 this autumn, and Gurman’s research provides a summary of all the speculations that have been circulating for the previous year or so. One is that, according to reports, the new and more potent A16 chip and support for always-on displays will only be available for the Pro and Pro Max variants.
A 48-megapixel camera sensor, a new notch with a “pill-shaped cutout” for Face ID, and a hole-punch-style selfie camera are also expected to be included in the iPhone 14 Pro models. The 6.7-inch variant will replace the Mini model, according to Gurman, while the normal iPhone 14 will contain the A15 CPU found in the iPhone 13.
According to Gurman’s source, Apple will introduce 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models using M2 technology later this year, as well as a larger iPad between 14 and 15 inches in the “next year or two.” Additionally, Gurman supports a previous rumour from 9to5Mac that claims a new entry-level iPad will feature an A14 CPU, 5G, and USB-C connectivity, as reported by The Verge. The basic Watch Series 8, a redesigned SE, and a more “rugged” watch aimed at users who participate in “extreme sports” are the other three new Apple Watch models that are anticipated for sale this fall.
Gurman points out that although the S8 chip found in the forthcoming Watch Series 8 will provide performance comparable to that of the S7 and S6 chips, the Watch that will be released the following year is expected to have an updated processor. Gurman predicts that Apple will drop the Series 3 this fall in favour of the new SE, which might include the S8 CPU, an upgrade from the S5 chip found in the SE model from 2020.

Porsche, the German automaker best renowned for its high-performance automobiles, has long been digitizing its operations: digitalization encompasses everything from R&D centers to software development projects to obtain customer input.
The latter is based on a new breed of CRM system that aims to collect all customer information. This information adapts to each client touchpoint, resulting in a more seamless engagement. In this case, more customer happiness equates to increased sales.
Porsche Consulting Innovation Labs, a separate business comprising technology and software professionals, i.e., scientists, was established to drive innovation. Every team collaborates to turn big data, machine learning, blockchain, and the Internet of Things into practical solutions while maintaining operational agility.
Thanks to the tech-savvy CEO Kevin Johnson, the company was able to take its business to the next level, dramatically growing in size. Starbucks is the third-largest restaurant chain in the United States, with 1,900 new locations established in 2019, indicating a 7% rise in unit
According to company representatives, the company achieved such a fantastic result by utilizing Deep Brew, an AI-based tool. AI analyzes population, income levels, traffic, rival presence, etc. The method is being used to find the best locations for the company’s new eateries.
The program can forecast sales, earnings, and other aspects of economic performance after obtaining and processing all of the data. The corporation has been driving sales by optimizing menus due to its effective use of big data. It’s also worth mentioning that the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program is available for the corporation to obtain more precise information from its customers.
Unilever’s most significant obstacle in the digital transformation is its sheer scale. It serves 2.5 billion daily clients and operates 300 manufacturing plants in 190 countries. Nonetheless, it has achieved its key objectives thus far thanks to its devotion and investments in bespoke software development.
By collecting additional data, the corporation chose to improve its data analytics infrastructure. In 2019, the firm collected 900 million individual consumer records, a significant rise from the previous year’s modest 200 million.
During the manufacturing process, digital transformation is also prevalent. Unilever can improve the accuracy of demand estimates and plan production with the help of data and predictive analytics. In 2018, Unilever also unveiled ten new data-driven brands. They can create new items in less than six months from the ground up.
- Keller Williams
Gary Keller, the business’s co-founder, and CEO, marked a turning point in its history when he announced in 2018 that the company would no longer be a real estate company but would instead become a technology company specializing in real estate.
The launch of KW Command, which replaced an earlier third-party CRM system, was the most significant shift. This technology is a customizable and open platform that helps agents run their businesses more efficiently. Keller Williams, of course, doesn’t stop there and now works with firms like Google, DocuSign, and Nextdoor, as well as a variety of software development partners.
Following Covid-19, the firm stated that it has partnered with Facebook to teach agents on
virtual home tour best practices. All of this demonstrates that digital transformation is in its DNA.
IKEA is an excellent illustration of how a traditional business can lead the way in digital transformation. It has promoted a solid plan to provide an omnichannel purchasing experience, bolstering its e-commerce presence.
Apart from switching to smaller-format stores, the Swedish company also allows customers to choose furniture using augmented reality before purchasing. In 2017, Ikea purchased TaskRabbit, a people-hiring site that helps Ikea customers locate workers to assemble their furniture.
Ikea has recently announced the acquisition of Geomagical Labs, a firm noted for its superior 3D and visual AI technology. Customers will be able to upload photos to the app that will instantly render them in 3D. Consequently, potential buyers will have the opportunity to switch out outdated things for new ones.
LEGO was on the edge of bankruptcy in 2003. But, it has since thrived thanks to the successful deployment of digital transformation. After learning a lesson, the company’s leaders eventually recognized a new type of consumer.
The corporation spends a significant amount of money on mobile games and apps, which combine the physical and digital worlds. LEGO has been experimenting with 3D printing to allow customers to design their goods. Furthermore, the company constantly improves the block, adding sensors and other complex aspects.
The LEGO Boost app bubbled up to educate children on how to code. The startup also demonstrated a visual recognition-powered app that converts photos into LEGO models. The activities above helped the company make Brand Finance Global’s 500 most valuable brands list.

8 Crucial SEO Ranking Factors You Need to Be Aware Of
As a business owner, you know that ranking high in search engine results is essential to driving traffic to your website. But what exactly determines your ranking?
There are over 200 ranking factors that Google takes into account when determining where to rank a website in its search engine results pages (SERPs). That’s a lot for any one person – or even an SEO agency – to keep track of.
But don’t despair! While it may seem like an impossible task, there are ways to stay on top of all the latest ranking factors and ensure that your website is always performing at its best.
There are many factors that go into it, but some are more important than others. Here are 8 of the most crucial SEO ranking factors you need to know:
One of the most important ranking factors is relevancy. That is, how relevant your website and its content is to the searcher’s query.
If you want to rank for a certain keyword or phrase, make sure that your website and content are actually about that topic. You can do this by including the keyword throughout your site, from the titles and headlines to the body text and metadata.
Avoid Keyword Stuffing
Keyword stuffing is the act of filling a page with an excessive amount of keywords in an attempt to manipulate search engine rankings. Although it was once a common practice, search engines have since become much more sophisticated and can now identify when a page is being stuffed with keywords. Not only is keyword stuffing ineffective, it can also result in search engine penalties that can severely harm a website’s ranking.
When creating content for your website, it’s important to use keywords sparingly and focus on creating quality, informative content that will engage readers. Using too many keywords on a single page can not only turn off readers but also trigger search engine penalties that can hurt your website’s ranking.
Another important ranking factor is user experience. Google wants to provide its users with the best possible experience, so it takes into account things like how easy your site is to navigate and whether or not users are able to find what they’re looking for.4. Page Speed
Google also looks at page speed when determining rankings. If your site takes too long to load, users are likely to click away before they even get a chance to see your content.
In today’s mobile-first world, it’s also important to have a mobile-friendly website. Google gives preference to websites that are optimized for mobile devices and displays them higher in search results.
Another ranking factor that’s become more important in recent years is HTTPS encryption. Websites that are encrypted with HTTPS are seen as more secure and trustworthy by Google, so they tend to rank higher.
There’s no doubt that fresh content is essential for keeping your website relevant and engaging for both search engines and users. But what exactly is “fresh” content? Fresh content is any new or updated content on your site, whether it’s a blog post, product description, or even just a simple tweak to an existing page.
Search engines love fresh content because it signals that your site is active and up to date, which gives them more reason to rank it prominently in their search results. And when users find fresh, relevant content on your site, they’re more likely to stick around and keep coming back for more.
Finally, backlinks are also a major ranking factor. Backlinks are links from other websites that point to your website. The more high-quality backlinks you have, the higher you’ll rank in search results.
These are just some of the most important SEO ranking factors that an SEO agency will focus on in an SEO campaign. By focusing on these factors, you can improve your ranking and drive more traffic to your website.
