BJP’s national general secretary and Jammu & Kashmir party Incharge, Tarun Chugh, launched a scathing attack on Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah, alleging their allegiance to Pakistan and asserting that their actions reflect anti-national sentiments.
Chugh criticized the Abdullah family for questioning the statement made by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh regarding Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) being an integral part of India, claiming that their stance further exposes their pro-Pakistan leanings.
“The Abdullahs’ loyalty lies with Pakistan, evident from their actions. Their agenda in Jammu & Kashmir is orchestrated to please their masters in the ISI,” stated Chugh, emphasizing the purported nexus between the Abdullahs and Pakistani intelligence agencies.

Reacting vehemently to Farooq Abdullah’s assertion that Pakistan is a nuclear power, Chugh denounced the Abdullahs for allegedly undermining India’s military strength and accused them of aligning with Pakistan’s ISI to the detriment of Jammu & Kashmir’s development.
Chugh alleged that the Abdullahs take directives from Pakistan and execute their agenda in the region accordingly, highlighting their failure to condemn the violent activities orchestrated by Pakistan-sponsored terrorists.
“Instead of condemning terrorist acts targeting civilians and security forces, the Abdullahs remain silent, acting at the behest of their masters across the border,” Chugh asserted, urging the people of Jammu & Kashmir to rebuke them in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Furthermore, Chugh condemned senior Congress leader SS Channi for purportedly insulting the security forces in the aftermath of the Pulwama incident, accusing the Congress party of being complicit with Pakistan’s agenda, akin to the Abdullahs.
Chugh’s remarks underscore the escalating political tensions in Jammu & Kashmir, with accusations of pro-Pakistan sentiments levied against prominent political figures, setting the stage for a heated electoral battle in the region.
