Senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) gathered in Delhi for a crucial meeting to deliberate on the upcoming consecration ceremony at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple and devise a strategy for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The meeting, held at the party headquarters, saw the presence of key figures, including Union Ministers Bhupendra Yadav and Ashwini Vaishnav, Assam Chief Minister Hemant Vishwa Sharma, and general secretaries Tarun Chugh and Sunil Bansal.

The agenda of the meeting includes discussions on beneficiary outreach, booth-level programs, door-to-door awareness of government schemes, and plans for public meetings, according to party sources. The review of the formation of clusters for Lok Sabha, previously discussed in a BJP meeting, is also on the agenda. Issues that need public attention as highlights of the BJP for the Lok Sabha elections in 2024 will be listed, including pre- and post-programs related to the consecration of the Ram Mandir.

Sources suggest that rallies led by senior ministers and leaders will be decided once the cluster-making work is completed. A subsequent significant meeting at Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir is planned with the participation of two representatives from every state. BJP National President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are expected to attend this crucial meeting.
