AstraZeneca has said that it would investigate combining its Covid-19 vaccine with Russia’s Sputnik V vaccine to boost the efficacy of the Covid vaccine. This suggestion was given by the Sputnik V developers on Twitter a month ago.
AstraZeneca’s vaccine has an average efficacy of 70.4 percent, according to the data published in a journal. Russia, meanwhile, has said that Sputnik V is 92 percent effective.
