A picture of Vladimir Putin’s supposed son, 10-year-old Ivan Vladimirovich Putin, has reportedly been leaked. The Mirror stated that a Russian anti-Kremlin Telegram channel, VChK-OGPU, shared the image. According to the report, the boy is believed to be the child of Russian President Putin and former gymnast Alina Kabaeva. The child had reportedly been kept out of public view.
Telegram Channel Describes Ivan’s Isolated Life
The VChK-OGPU channel was quoted saying that Ivan could be the “most secret and probably the loneliest boy in Russia.” The report mentioned that he rarely interacted with other children. It claimed he spent most of his time with bodyguards, governesses, and teachers. The channel also said the boy looked similar to a young Putin and had been living inside a high-security palace.
Putin’s Daughters from Former Marriage
Business Insider reported that Putin has two daughters with his ex-wife Lyudmila Shkrebneva. Maria was born in 1985 in St. Petersburg, and Katerina was born in 1986 in Germany.
Shkrebneva had described Putin as a caring parent on the Russian government’s website. She had said, “Not all fathers are as loving with their children as he is,” and added, “And he has always spoiled them, while I was the one who had to discipline them.”
Daughters Lived Quietly and Studied Under Different Names
Both daughters reportedly used false names during their university years. Maria studied biology and now works as a medical researcher. Katerina took up Asian Studies and later became a tech executive and acrobatic dancer.
Rumors About Kabaeva’s Children with Putin
Reports suggested that Putin may also have two sons with Alina Kabaeva—Ivan and a younger boy named Vladimir Jr. These boys were believed to live in a highly protected estate in Valdai. Business Insider also mentioned that Putin might have another daughter from an affair with a woman named Svetlana Krivonogikh, who once worked as a cleaner. So far, the Kremlin has neither confirmed nor denied any of these claims. However, the reports continue to raise interest in Putin’s private life.
