Recently, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has alleged, that BJP is executing Operation Jhaadu, which aims to keep top leaders of AAP in jail to finish the party. As it sees them as a challenge.
While addressing his party cadres, he also said, that the cadre should be ready to deal with bigger challenges.
Saying “The top leaders of our party, all ministers, MLAs, MPs, councillors and office bearers are present here. Why did we have to gather here today? Because the Prime Minister has made up his mind to completely destroy and crush Aam Aadmi Party, for which he has started an operation called ‘Operation Jhaadu.”
He also alleged, that PM Modi is threatened by him as its work is being discussed, all over the country. Thus, posing a challenge to BJP at both national and state level.
Further adding, that every leader of AAP has gone through trial by fire. Later, he also alleged, that all the leaders of this party will be arrested.
“They arrested me, Sanjay Singh, Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain. Yesterday, they even arrested my PA. Raghav Chadha has just come back; now they are saying that he will also be arrested. They are saying that Atishi, Saurabh Bharadwaj and Kailash Gahlot will also be arrested soon.” said Kejriwal.
AAP’s Bank Accounts To Be Frozen After Elections?
Then, he also said, that in upcoming days, the party office is going to be locked and the bank accounts of AAP will get frozen as warned by ED’s lawyer.
“ED’s lawyer has already given a statement in court that AAP’s bank accounts will be frozen immediately after the elections. said Kejriwal
Later, after this speech, Kejriwal along with other marched towards BJP headquarters, and sat on the roads in response to his Aide’s arrest Bibhav Kumar in connection with Swati Maliwal Assault case.
As a result, there was a heavy police presence in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg.
In addition, to deal with the crowd, multilayer barricades accompanied by 1,000 police personnel, cops with antiriot gear, Paramilitary force with specialized anti-riot vehicles were put in place.
However, other leaders like Sanjay Singh, Gopal Rai and Kailash Gehlot were in the protest for half-an hour and they left.
Talking about the protest, Gehlot said “We waited for over half an hour, they could have arrested us. The public is with us, you can see how much love has been given to Kejriwalji and AAP because of the good done by us. Let the investigation continue, and everything will be clear.”
Another leader of AAP Sanjay Singh accused BJP of running away from the ground and said, “As per his promise, Kejriwal himself came with other functionaries of the party to get arrested, but they (BJP) left the ground and ran away.”
