The Top 10 TV programmes list has been released. And it is hardly unexpected that Anupamaa, which is led by Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, once again topped the charts. The audience’s connection to the show only gets stronger with time.
Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 takes the runner-up position. Though it hasn’t yet reached the top, the new show has consistently ranked in good TRPs. In fact, the contestants got back together last night to celebrate the show’s success. They had a great day together and were all in good spirits.
Yeh Hai Chahatein and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai come in at positions three and four, respectively, after KKK 12. The success of the daily soaps can be attributed to their familial and traditional roots. Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, starring Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt, is in fifth place. Kundali Bhagya has slid to the sixth spot as a result of the new programmes. The programme once topped the charts. While Shraddha Arya continues to portray Preeta, Karan’s female lead, Dheeraj Dhoopar was replaced by Shakti Arora last month.
