A shocking accident took place in Ambala’s Balana village where six members of a family were found dead on Friday.
In the morning hours of Friday, the family was mysteriously found dead after having dinner last night.
Meanwhile, a suicide note has been recovered from the crime spot.
All deceased have been identified as Sangat Ram, Sukhwinder Singh, Mahindra Kaur, Reena, Ashu, and Jassi (daughters of Sukhwinder Singh).
“Six members including two children of the same family found dead. A Crime team has been called to the scene. A suicide note has been recovered. Further investigation underway,” Deputy superintendent of police, Ambala, Joginder Sharma said.
Earlier on 17 August, six members were also found dead of the same family at their home in the Sidhra area of Jammu. Later they were shifted to Jammu’s Government Medical College and Hospital.
“Six members of a family were found dead at their residence in the Sindhra area of Jammu. Details awaited,” J&K police said.
However, further investigation into both the matter is underway.
