The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 on the Richter scale that struck Fiji on Thursday.
Fiji is a South Pacific country. It consists of more than 300 islands. The earthquake struck Fiji on Thursday at 11:57:44 (UTC+05:30) at a depth of 393.7 km, according to the USGS.
The epicentre of the earthquake was located at 19.672°S and 177.751°W, respectively.
There have been no reported casualties.
