The country got 82 military officers, including 11 foreign cadets. The 23rd Passing out Parade was organized at Officers Training Academy OTA, Gaya. In which 82 cadets from different departments passed out, including 11 cadets from friendly countries, including 5 cadets from Bhutan, 3 from Sri Lanka, 2 from Myanmar and 1 from Nepal.

At the same time, the relatives of the cadets were also very excited to participate in the ceremony. The military and civilian dignitaries present in the parade presented by the Gentleman Cadets mesmerized the trainees. The cadets gave salute to the inspecting officer, all the parents blessed their son by peeping on his shoulder, after which all the cadets expressed happiness together.

At the 23rd Passing out Parade held at OTA Gaya, the Chief Guest, Lt Gen Ajay Kumar, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command of the Army, congratulated all the cadets and described the special moment for the center which has celebrated the completion of 1 year of basic training.

The cadets became officers after completing today’s commission, while the cadets participating in the passing out parade called themselves dream come true.

The chief guest of today’s program, Army’s Southern Command General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Lt Gen Ajay Kumar said that the Indian Army is always ready to face any kind of challenges whether it is terrorism or natural calamity in any city. He has given best wishes to all the Gentleman Cadets who have become officers.
