According to ARY News on Wednesday, which cited the police, a 12-year-old boy’s body was discovered hanging from a tree in the city of Matiari in Pakistan’s Sindh province.
According to the information, the body was discovered by the police hanging from a tree close to Ghalib Khyber, a Matiari neighbourhood.
According to sources cited by ARY News, the youngster suffered a sexual assault before being slain. After obtaining information, police and rescue personnel went to the scene and moved the deceased to the hospital for an autopsy.
The 12-year-old’s family members said he left the house in the morning to cut wood.
Meanwhile, the police said it is premature to say anything about the sexual assault, adding that the confirmation will be done after a post-mortem, as per ARY News.
