Numerous diets, recipes and beverages, aren’t there too many pieces of advice out there on how to stay fit? The focus on the importance of health was brought back to the foreground by the pandemic. We realized how important our health is and have started taking measures. Staying healthy doesn’t have to be overly difficult. It can be as simple as sipping a cup of tea. How? Read on.

“Tea began as a medicine and grew into a beverage”, this was written in The Book of Tea by 19th-century scholar Okakura Kakuzo. Rightly said so, modern studies also point out that this beverage is not just healthy but also gives utmost pleasure and lets the drinker enjoy the moment.

Studies say that some teas prevent cancer, heart ailments, and diabetes, aid in weight loss and bring back focus. They also appear to have antimicrobial qualities.
